How to save the interior of a buiding?

I try to write a little mod and in the mod I would like to create a shop in a small town. But every time when I start a game with this mod the interior has vanished. What should I do that a "Barrack 2" stays a "Barack 2" and a "Bar" stays a "Bar"?

Noone has any clue how to do this? If you do a twon mod, how do you get sure that a "bar" stays a "bar" when you open the mod the next time.

If I do do it the building is there but no interior and no purpose (barracks, bar etc.)

I really would like to do but I am not sure, if I really got the point. To put a long story short, I did one mod and I thought I know the way and I wrote the "got it"-post. After that I wrote another mod and nothing of my "knowlegde" works so I did it with much trial and error: do something, save it, start the game again, oh no bullshit, do something, start the game again...

I will write something when I am really sure what to do. )

To name one example: my Snow Mountain mod. When I had decided to put a small base on a mountain I wanted to create a kind of little run down Las Vegas first. An old hotel complex full of neon signs etc. There are many of the signs in the FCS and the building looked like a shady version of an hotel that was a casino or something like that before, maybe a place for excentric millionaires (come to the Leviathans Coast and spend some holidays which you will never forget) but the game did not save the interior layout. Everything I thought I have learned from the Okran's Whore mod did not work. So afer two nights of trying I choosed a Drug Lab because it is a standard interior layout and it fitted into my story, too.

So I am not sure what I have learned so far besides that everything I know depends on coincidence or karma. )
