Removing bounties

Hi, i'm new in the modding of kenshi and i've been trying to remove the bounties of some characters through a custom dialogue with another character but i'm having some problems with that.

At specific point of the conversation the character will ask you if you want to remove your bounty, but it doesn't work. I'm using the effects in the dialogue (i've tried the CLEAR_BOUNTY and the PAY_BOUNTY but it doesn't work). I need some help, please!

and sorry if my english is a little bit confusing, but I am not an expert with the language.
