Need Some Help (Race)

So I tried adding a race with the Forgotten Construction Set. It did not show up in the race list however. I tried to look up some guides, but nothing explains it for a total noob, or it's outdated. I have one file in my mod folder, which is "<Name Of Mod>.mod". Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: Never mind, I noticed I had to add it to a Race Group for it to be playable.
