Where can I see the manual for changing the grade of crossbows, armor, prostheses? And then I understood with the weapon. But I somehow did not find it with armor.

It's under "levels" if you're talkin about npc/pc gear, for a vendor you need to change its faction's "armour vendor quality chance". Dunno about 0.98 stuff.

I'm talking about how to add a new manufactory, above the Master grade class.

Ah you meant add a new grade, I don't think it's possible in FCS yet.

Crossbows work like armors in that aspect, not like melee which have many grades (which can be also annoying when it comes to craft a modded weapon with custom texture).
