Pointers/References for A New Modder

Greetings everyone,

After recently getting a pc that can handle the current map with all its detail, I got back into Kenshi. Since then, I've been trying to research modding advice/guides as I would like to add things to Kenshi to improve my experience (and hopefully the experience of others). But I've discovered that alot of the the resources fall into the following:
A: Unfinished (like the wiki)
B: For an older version/out of date

So, I was hoping that some of the people on these forums could reference me to any resources they found to be useful, and give me some advice. The mod I am considering adding is the addition of 2-3 towns spread across the map, and I am looking into blender for some texture work.

Ye, can't help you about guides, I was pretty much on my feet too, you can post here about what you need and someone (the pronoun, not the dev, but also the dev I guess xd) might help.
