Looking for help (team-up) with my mod - no skills required

I'm making a weapon overhaul mod (replacing all the weapons with new models and textures). I'm aiming to stick to the vanilla lore as close as i can, while adding more variety and (hopefully) making the weapons look sweet and crispy.

Because of that i spend a lot of my time (~50%) figuring out the designs to allow for enough variety and, at the same time, consistency.

I'm looking for a person that would help me with finding (or making, if they have the imagination. a sketch made in paint is ok, since i just need a general idea of how it would look) reference images for the weapon tiers\classes, so i could focus on actually modelling and texturing stuff.
