I dungoofed... (artfifcal limb bug question)

So...I'm not sure if people are aware but as most of you may know there is a bug with the artificial limb system. Normally you can't wear footwear but once you save and reload it suddenly becomes possible again to wear footwear. You see...I may have tried to exploit that bit a little. Problem is it has gone back to "not being able to wear boots" mode so now those boots that i managed to get there, well i can't get those off anymore and i'm not sure if their stats are being added to the general armor valus anymore.

So is there any way to allow footwear on artifial limbs so that i can take those boots off again? I promise that i will not do it again.
