Lo-Fi Games

I have made several custom races in the past and this issue is really random for me. It has happened before and I just gave up on fixing it.
I am pretty sure I am just missing a file somewhere...
I am hoping someone will know what is going on here. I will post screenshots of the issue and post my mod files.
It even happens sometimes at night without loading a save and the glow is very noticeable.

Also I have noticed that if you darken the skin tone all the way and then switch to a different race and then switch back. The race you switched to will transfer their textures over to your character... I'd like to know what causes that nonsense as well! I am sure they are related.

In case you are curious as to how I go about making my textures. (Which is probably the issue...) I use DXT5 compression. For the diffuse textures I set the opacity to 25% then export as a .dds file with DXT5 compression. For the normals I do the same, but at 125% opacity. (Out of 255%. I use Paint.net not sure how it is set up in other programs.)

This is probably because you are missing the mask map for the head. It is used for the skin colour slider and scorchlander glowing eyes.
You can set it to data/materials/black.dds to ignore it.
