Dude, combat is nowhere near finished, just look at the stats panel, so many skills are greyed out and not yet implemented. In relation to that second topic you made for the same purpose, just go into the construction kit and try editing them and find out

When the combat is closer to finished, I'll make an effort to reverse-engineer the combat and work out the formulas.

If the formulas were released, I'd take a solid crack at tweaking. Might as well conserve energy for now.

You may nead alot more energy than that, as there may be more skills than the shown ones that are currently greyed out. Might already buy energy bars.
