is there a way to make global constants player only?

Hello.

Fairly new to modding wanted to fix my fairly simple mod.

Could be a very obvious solution but all i would like to do is make xp rates only affect the player and not all NPCs.
Guess all i am asking for is there a way to have player constants and global?

No, there is not as far as I know. The game was built around the player and AI being essentially the same, so they are affected by the same settings.
