Resetting vendor inventory

I've had a problem where the vendor inventories at the Borderlands Waystation are not resetting. They are being resupplied with goods, but the items I sell them are not disappearing. Is there a way to use the Construction Set to manually reset a vendor inventory? The only solution I have so far is to import my save.
