Help Identify This Mod?

I haven't seen this armor on Nexus, and I've been informed that it's not on LL either. Someone on /keng/ keeps posting screens and refusing to say the origin, lording the knowledge over everyone else. Could it be Jap or just something unlisted?

This looks to be the Armoured Pamela Anderson mod. It turns every character in the game into a fully armoured and operational Pamela Anderson lookalike.
