Is it possible to add custom jobs to your squad members? For example Shift clicking on a bed would add job of going to bed between 22:00 and 06:00.

I know how to add AI packages to AI squads. But I have no idea where to look for jobs player can assign to his characters. For one, jobs work on individual characters rather then squads.

No, it is not possible to do so, not for individual characters. At best you can assign AI to a player squad, and that entire squad will perform the tasks in the AI package.

This mod does so using raids for instance, to spawn an empty player squad with AI assigned.

Is it at last possible to edit existing player issued jobs? Let's say I would want to modify Medic job to include going to sleep between 22:00 and 6:00 (just an example).

As far as I know, no it is not. The jobs in-game don't appear to be in the FCS for editing, so they're probably hardcoded as part of the exe file.
