Use Multiple Stats at one building?

From what I've been finding, other modders seem to agree that it is not currently possible to modify a building to use/train more than one stat at a time.
I've tried a few things but have yet to find any way to successfully do this with the FCS as-is. I understand that it's not really difficult to train any of the stats in-game but I think it would be interesting to develop a way to train even just two stats at a time.
Is this the case or is there some way to do this that has just not been found by myself nor other modders that share this sentiment?
