I think I checked "never ask again", how can undo this?

I know how to launch it manually, but in order to be able to upload a mod to steam workshop I need to start it "the right way".

for everyone wondering the same thing, I found out. In Steam Library:

Right click on the game, select properties
under general tab. very bottom option. Select Launch option
select, Ask when starting game.
