Custom Squad spawning in Building,problem

Well title says most.
Making a mod with a Custom Squad spawning in a Building but it doesn't work, changed building stats to spawn the squad and even added the squad to spawn list in the zones, and yes the building and the squad are added to an faction.
So please help if somebody can.
