[Mod] Tougher Toughness v1.0 [0.69.2]

I got tired veteran fighters getting annihilated by hungry bandits, so I made a mod that increased the effects of toughness. This affects all characters, player and npc, alike.
Features:
- Increased toughness values from 'L1: -0.5' & 'L99: 0.5' to 'L1: -0.05' & 'L99: 0.75'
- Increased maximum attack slots to 2 to provide some amount of balance. (This is the number of people able to attack you at a time)
History:
06/07/2014 - v1.0 - Initial release.
Installation: Extract the 'Tougher Toughness.mod' file into '<install path>/Kenshi/data' and add 'Tougher Toughness.mod' to the mods.cfg file.
