Missing health bars

When I load the mod I am working on all my health bars for any character that was unique to this mod are at zero. this is all the leg/arm/head/stomach/chest stuff. the blood bar seems fine but the rest of them are just set to zero.

However any characters that are generic all work fine. as in if I hire a new character from a town all their health bars are normal.

I do have a new race as well as a new faction for the new unique characters in this mod.

any ideas why or where to go looking for a cause?

Did you create the race from scratch? If yes, you may forgot to set the combat anatomy.

The second value to the right (val1) determines the amount of health the specific body part has.
Maybe yours is set to zero.

well that does seem to be a problem.. mine were all "0" thanks for the catch.
