So I bought this game a long time ago and I honestly don't know when (but I know I bought it on the website), and I was fine just playing it with the automatic updates but eventually the updates stopped coming because it couldn't connect to the update site. I had been keeping up with the updates on the website at the time and I saw that apparently we had to switch to steam from then on or something because the updates wouldn't work anymore for some reason. Now at the time I realized I had no idea what email I used to buy the game and I have no idea what my key is so I just decided to keep playing the game on the old version. Now it's been some time and I'd finally like to get my key again, is there anything I can do in this situation?
EDIT : So apparently I used my mom's email for some reason... This is all for naught as I have now figured out where my key is... But I do want to know if my key code still have unlimited activations because that's what it says in the email but I'm not sure steam allows that? Or is the unlimited activations for non-steam versions?

Your key can be activated on Steam only once. But that's enough because you can download the game as often as you want again, just don't lose your steam account.pjsb1 wrote: But I do want to know if my key code still have unlimited activations because that's what it says in the email but I'm not sure steam allows that? And yep, the non-steam version can be activated unlimited times with your key.

Sorry, we're unable to replace with GOG keys. You can download the most recent stable non-Steam update from here though:binn05 wrote:So,

Now that it is been sold at gog.com, buyers from Lofi site can have a gog key?

Hi Bookhorse,
Sorry, it's not possible for us to convert GOG codes to Steam codes. The game should be regularly updated on GOG the same as Steam though.

I bought the game a while ago, and all of a sudden today I couldn't open it, and then when I tried to uninstall, it disappeared from my steam library, and now I have to pay again.
Sorry for the inconvenience, unfortunately this sounds like an issue with Steam. Please contact Steam support, you definitely shouldn't have to pay for the game again: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_art ... -qroc-4460Pappasmuurf wrote: ↑Fri Jun 23, 2017 1:50 amI bought the game a while ago, and all of a sudden today I couldn't open it, and then when I tried to uninstall, it disappeared from my steam library, and now I have to pay again.

Hi,
I bought my copy a long time ago and forgot about it.
Now I wanted to start it up, I entered my key, it told me it's too old and that I should visit http://lofigames.com/keyconverter.php to get a new one. The problem is that the page seems to have disappeared or moved.
So how/where can I convert my key or make the old one work?
EDIT:
I snooped around the forums some more and found out that on december '16 the key system was reverted to the old one. Turns out the version I downloaded was just a few days older. Now I have the newest version and my key was accepted. That's what I get for being lazy.
Sorry about that!

Hi, yesterday I bought this game from Green Man Gaming and when I try to redeem the key I get Sorry, but this product is not available for sale in this country. Your product key could not be used. Before I purchase I double checked that key can be redeemable in Turkey. I did not used any VPN or similar program.
I contacted the Green Man Gaming Support they said there is no issue on key since they gave me to a key that has come straight from the publisher based on the regional information that they've provided to them and said there does not seem to be any other issues with Turkish customers and this game.
In final message they asked me to contact with Steam. I am writing their full message.
"Thanks for getting back to us.
It is possible this error could be on Steam's end, could we please ask you to contact them and request a detailed explanation of the reason why you're unable to redeem this game key and ask them to verify the full region for this game key as well?
Their system should be able to check this and confirm for us all, if they can confirm your region is listed but you are still unable to redeem this then it will help narrow down the issue."
I contacted to Steam got no response yet.
Is it possible to providing different region key as unintentionally?

Steam refused to help and I contacted Green Man Gaming again and they said they will raise this issue internally and investigate it further.Jakku wrote: ↑Wed Sep 30, 2020 5:08 pmHi, yesterday I bought this game from Green Man Gaming and when I try to redeem the key I get Sorry, but this product is not available for sale in this country.
