Buying the Game

I've been following this game for a little while and I'm interested in buying it. I went through Steam to buy it and I've come across a problem. I went and bought it nearly 10 hours ago and it's put it in my library, but hasn't taken any money or installed it, it's just sitting there grayed out. When I go to install it, it says " Your purchase is still being processed." It also won't allow me to buy any other games as it says there's a pending transaction. Is this purely because of the day it is (Christmas) and is just over loaded, or is there some other problem, because it has almost 10 hours of waiting.

Rather than start a new thread, asking here, can we still buy Kenshi from lofigames.com website?

I see only buy from steam or humble, or the demo download link. There are no [obvious] instructions to purchase a key directly from developers, which I would rather do than pay extra to steam...

To OP, have you been contacted by steam support yet? sry, I've been there... sometimes you have to laugh, otherwise we'd all be crying
