Bought the game on desura

Good afternoon! I bought this game back off Desura in April 2012. I have an email with the receipt of payment but no Desura key. I've seen several other posts on this topic and it seems I need to PM Koomatzu for resolution? But my account needs to be flagged as non-spam or something first?

Hi is emailing natalie still the correct procedure? I sent an email in 2018 but never got a reply, so I figured I'd try again(Kenshi's all over my youtube feed haha)
