Lo-Fi Games

i just bought the game on steam. when i went to play it the cd key would only show Requesting key. i restart steam and still could not get a key. i waited a couple of hours to see if that would fix it but again nothing. Any one have any idea how i can fix this?

Steam should have a window that pops up showing you your key when you run kenshi. If nothing is coming up, you should contact Steam support.

It didn't show up for me first as well, but it did eventually pop up later.

I've restarted steam and my computer. I reinstalled the game on steam and I've tried getting the key by hitting play and the "cd key" button in the games library. All I ever get is a message, where my key would normally be, that says "Requesting Key."

kouga its been 2 days now i waited one day before posting on this forum.

also chris_the_great the window pops up but nothing happens all it says is requesting key. i did contact steam support to see if they can help. i will post what they say so if any one else has this problem

Apparently to fix the "requesting key" problem you need to update Steam.

ok i am trying that now thanks for the help even if this does not fix it i will update after steam has been update till it can not be updated any more

did you keep updating steam till you could not any more?

Try steam Beta it worked for me and a few others. Steam -> Settings -> activate beta or whatever updates

Steam says it is up to date, tried the beta thing as well. Nothing works.

Same for me update and beta don't work

Still no luck with beta?

Steam can take up to a week to release new their updated database of keys/other updates,
so it may just be a game of time.

I'm in the exact same situation as the op, tried all the suggested fixes in this thread and still no luck.
