need to redownload the game

so when i purchased the game i just bookmarked the page with the key code on it rather than writing it down anywhere but now when i go to that bookmarked page it says that the link has expired, and the email i used for that particular purchase got stolen so i dont know what to do. also i am redownloading the game because the it lags very bad and is unplayable, so i am hoping a redownload will fix it.
