I'm procrastinating. I have an exam tomorrow and a presentation and I need to prepare my slideshow for that. But I'm just fed up with uni.... So, everyone gets to enjoy another one of my useless posts while I make my fingers busy as my mind just mellows out.

Unless I have any volunteers to do my work, in which case I could go play kenshi or something.

Presentation of what?

Also can I half-ass the work with broken elementary Japanese and plagiarise Nicola Tesla's work? (While harnessing the power of Stoli and smacking myself in the head for purchasing Risen II ( WHY PIRANHA WHY?! ))

I am horribly confused by your post...

The only thing I understood was Risen 2.
But I only need to do about 10 minutes of speaking. And it is taken from content in my last 15 page written document so all the stuff is sort of prepared. I am thinking of just making up a few slides in powerpoint and then making it up as I present.

But I'm too tired to care right now. =(

You wanted volunteers, so I just laid down a template as to how/what I would go about this.

Answer: Stoli.

Edit: Making things up during presentation probably isn't best idea.

Be a man! No need to prepare anything!
If you ever get stuck while doing your presentation tomorrow, just start crying, that's what a girl in my class did all the time... and it works, the teachers were always like "oh no, no need to cry, you are doing a good job blabla" I call it the "cry and sink"

You should always proofread carefully to make sure you didn't any words out.

Need help? pm me or any other mod.

To be fair, I've made 6 slides with I guess you could call them note points. And it is all based off the 15 page document I made last week so I know my stuff and my content very well. SO 'making stuff up' as I go along is more along the lines of having a conversation with someone. You know what you are going to say, just need to ride the wave and see how it comes out.

I present in 1 hour so I'll post back here when I get back this afternoon. Will see if it was the right idea in the end.

Ok, one presentation (and a separate, unrelated exam) later and I think it went well. Got a lot of questions from people afterwards and thankfully I knew the answers. Overall, I'd say it was well handled. Now we just need to hope the content was good enough. Will find out in a week or two.

Glad you did well. :D Also, you are about to break magical "1000 posts." Congrats for that too  Remember to party as hell. And maybe you should make VIP topic (or ask Chris to make VIP forum) for only those who have 1000 posts  You could talk to yourself...

Well, I could talk alone to chris. He is the only other person with a greater number than me. Might be a bit lonely in there though.

Rebellion might end up pretty quickly since there are only 2 "facist dictator"-elitists with over 1000-posts
