Your top 5 games beyond Kenshi

1. Total War series, have been hooked since Rome but have been uninterested in the new Attila game. this has top spot due to the nostalgia factor really.

2. Crusader Kings II, a grand strategy game with a growing role playing element to it.

3. Banished, developed by one guy its a survival strategy with no military role. definitely worth a buy if its on special offer some time.

4. Age of Empire II/III, again a slight nostalgia factor here but great game play.

- 5. Men of War Series.

I second the Black & White and Spore comments above.

It's seems a natural fit for many between Mount & Blades and Kenshi, but I could never really get into Mount & Blades.
