I heard a bit about elemental. Supposed to be a terrible implementation. I think I read something on kotaku once about how the lead designer came out and said that they royally fucked up and it was because they were so deep into their own muck they couldn't take a step back and appreciate how badly designed it was. I think that quote came with a promise to be much better in future iterations.
