Well the process is actually known as <REDACTED> and involves very careful amounts of <REDACTED> filled with <RECLASSIFIED>. Add some spice weasel with some <CLASSIFIED> and that's how censors work.

Well it is 'broadcast' television, not necessarily 'public' television in the USA. It is from 'Futurama'. No, it is pretty mild...but still spicey.
