This website is strange. As in, really strange. Some of the early ones are not so scary but I've heard later ones can be quite scary and there is a game in Alpha currently based on one of them that is terrifying. The game is vaguely like those things from Dr. Who that can only move when you blink or don't look at them. To encourage this the game has a built in blink-o-meter where you have to blink occasionally.

Worth a read for anyone with some time. And try youtubing SCP-Containment breach to try and find the game.

EDIT: And here is a youtube video of some guy doing a little LP.

What a damned fascinating site. You have creepy, odd, and downright comedic SCP project.

Wow, the last one was incredibly messed up.

That last one is odd and a bit scary. Especially when the age is listed as *single digit blanked out* to *double digit blanked out*. Really quite gross.

I wonder what they do to her and why the required convicted sex offenders? I think that story goes a little bit too far really, even if it is just a story.

Also the immediate termination of any agent that tries to aid an escape or the fact that the "test subject" must be aware (cannot be drugged).

Yeah, the people who write that website are incredibly creative. Although i have no doubt so much stuff gets rejected. I've seen the works of many an 'aspiring writer' and it's almost always crap. Few people can actually write well; the guys who contribute have done very well even if it is creepy as hell (which was the point I guess).

Like I said the articles themselves come across as being very versatile in nature. The last article I listed was by far the most extreme I've come across to be sure and clearly designed to be very unsettling.

It's kind of what would you do to save the world based off one of the last bits.
No, we have not given up trying to save SCP-231-7, but research in that field must be carried out with the utmost of caution. Based on the increased potency of each subsequent ████████████ event associated with each subsequent SCP-██ specimen, there is a strong possibility that SCP-231-7's ████████████ event could result in an XK class end-of-the-world scenario. This information is corroborated in notebooks recovered from the cultists (see document "Seven Brides, Seven Seals," SCP-231-Adjunct B).
Hence why I opened up with the pizza box and the strange goo as more entertaining entries.

The game is based off of the original article which has more of a creepy design though not nearly as extreme.
