Castle story does indeed look good. I am a little disappointed that the devs made a cardboard cutout for their presentation and made it look like an almost finished game for the kickstarter. Turned out they had basically designed a simulation-demo for presentaion only and there was almost no actual substance to the game; it might still be a long time coming before it is released since there is so much work to do.
...at least according to the reports I've heard from the people who bought early access. I haven't played myself so I've only got some second hand reports from some admittedly grumpy users. Still, I am definitely looking forward to it.

I have to agree here, castle story looks promising indeed! (If this indie lasts it will replace Build & Defend on my desktop
