i was hoping to work with making the game
i'm hoping to come up with ideas for the game no programming just ideas

Not a dev or the like, but I doubt you'll get a job with a one sentence post like that. You'd need to talk about your experience and supply some examples of your work (assuming they even want more people). Not sure myself whether you posted this as a joke (AKA: trolling).

You can start tomorrow. The hours are from 8 A.M to 5 P.M, or 0800 to 1700 if you're into that sorta thing. The "Feature Requests" sub forum is your place of work. You will submit all proofread ideas on that forum within your working schedule. Don't try to milk any overtime hours there buddy. Anything past 5 is employee recreational activity.

Oh, and please try to search the forum for ideas that have already been submitted. Nobody likes to eat a delicious steak after its already been chewed by someone else.
