Excuse me if this had been mentioned already. I checked and didn't find anything yet.
It would be helpful with strategy for a heavy fight if I could see party members' overall health situation in real time. This could either be on their character portrait, or it could be shown over their 3d models. I'd personally prefer the portrait to have some indication of their health status.
Maybe, it would be interesting to have their character portraits reflect their overall health. For instance, you would see a portrait of one of your characters that has a severed arm showing severe agony and his other arm holding his left shoulder (just as it does when he walks). It would also show him covered in blood from having lost so much blood. Or, for simplicity visually, you could just have the character's icon progressively fill up with blood (or have it just turn more red) which would give some overall indication of their health. Possibly maybe a simple health bar of some sort beside their portrait? Who knows.
I suggested this after purposely running through the desert and aggro'ing a sea of mobs and baiting the survivors that didn't fight amongst themselves back into a nearby city. The local city guards' screams echoed throughout the valley as flashes of steel and iron pierced through the dark monstrous billowing dust cloud following my clan's heels.
Townsfolk could be seen leaping perilously off the edge of the city cliff in despair as we poured in. There was no warning and no preparation that could have prepared them for the devastation that ensued.
Hundreds fell. Bloody limbs decorated the sanguine streets. Sand turned to blood soaked mud. Walls, once dull and colorless, were now a sight to behold with little bits of flesh clinging to a red portrait of what had just been.
Those that survived, had wished they didn't, as they trudged along in a daze with the nauseating intense smell of iron and their own vomit in the air from the spent blood and newly rotting flesh --cooking under the swelter of the summer sun. Two cannibals that had been in the fight had quickly cleaned up the leftovers from the streets and scurried away with their spoils... *nom nom nom nom*
Show health for party members?
1. If you mean similiar system to NEO scavenger (only a more complex) viz. photo its GREAT IDEA!

2. You wont be able to see enemy´s health (eg. if he has broken leg) you could be able to see cuts you made on him.

Sweet story. Creepy, but mostly sweet.
A quick reference health gauge would be handy. The portraits could double as a sort of health bar that fill up with a transparent red bar as damage is taken. The percentage of red coverage would reflect the condition of the worst damaged area among head, chest, stomach, and blood. I say those ones because they're the ones that will cause you to fall unconscious, but I could see an argument for the primary arm being an option.
