Formations and "Labels"

I would very much enjoy having movement formations, so it's not just a big blob, and makes moving as a group generally easier, that and so when one guys slashes, it doesn't necessarily hit 4 people, which seems to happen quite a bit, along with the ability to maybe form your own formations, and decide who goes where inside of it.

And what I mean by "Labels"(Not sure what else to call it.) is simply tagging certain people as things like "Worker" "Builder" "Fighter" "Medic" And just simple things like that. Small simple suggestions, that I feel would make a nice addition.
