I may get yelled at for this idea but I personally thing it's a good one. Have a player made shop counter that will link to a shop counter in another player's world. Essentially giving a player to buy/sell goods with other players across a server, which would be player ran. The dev would just have to put said shop counter into the game but I'm not sure if that's possible or even if it's a good idea. Only problem I have is deciding what the inventory would cost.

Unfortunately because Kenshi is based on Ogre3D, which is simply a rendering engine, there are absolutely no networking features. Integrating them would have had to have been done from the outset of the games creation. As such being able to sell items to other players would require a tremendous amount of effort, for what amounts to a fairly modest payoff for the player. There is always the ability to share custom content, through the construction set. There can be quite a lot added through mods, new towns and factions, shops and all. You wouldn't be able to reap any rewards in your game when other people used your mods, but you would have the satisfaction of knowing other people could enjoy your work.

Ah well that puts an end to that lol. I've never modded so I doubt I'll be doing mods.
