Factions credits

I have already read a post regarding looting credits off corpses. In my ideology I believe that each faction has its own accumulated credit bank, most likely that is kept universally or by the faction leader per se, that may be an idea.

When faction groups are out and about, such as traders and bandits, what they are carrying, credit speaking, is what they've earned on that particular trip, until they return to base and hand it over to their treasurer.

Another idea for rouge bandits would be to have the AI split any gained monies amongst the group, so that there is more individuality in random AIs that may leave their group or join another, so that when you kill and loot or rob said person, you can see if they've had a good credit history... Hehe.

Also, are banks being made into this game?

I do like the idea about the Faction we control having a way to balance the credits. A treasurer would be a cool thing. I would not mind having my main character being as he is the leader of the faction, to have full control how everyone is payed. It could add a social status into the factions? So on a inner panel I could deem those in my faction as I please? Maybe make it easier to group workers, soldiers, traders, medics, and scouts?

A good idea to have a hierarchy in each faction, but I wouldn't want to manually distribute monies to each member. They work for the leader and perhaps rewarding them once in a while will increase morale. I do hope it wouldn't be a mount and blade system if it did happen.
