I have a suggestion that I think would be infinitely useful. It appears to be 'partially' implemented at times but fires irregularly.

Have some type of button so that you can designate a person in town as a Stocker/Gopher for all the production machinery/Farms/etc in your town. A limited version of this kicked in once when I had guys at a wheat field start taking water to all the other machines once they had their output full.

It would be very useful to just click a button and have one guy run around to the various fields and take the appropriate amount of items to completely supply machines as they are working. This would keep the actual operators at their machines while giving the scum rookie a chance to work on his athletics skill.

This would include filling up the appropriate storage boxes, for ore and or stone, and supplying building materials (tie-in with another topic that is started) as needed. It would massively cut down the sometimes tedious task of filling things so that your guys actually stay working.

Getting your guys to actual open closed doors upon load and recognize that the item they need is outside the building they are in or within a building if they are outside would be helpful as well. But that's more for the bug section.

I imagine this will be one of the first things implemented when we get the ability to assign jobs to characters.

You could call the job to move full outputs to the next availabe location ( such as storage or the next input that uses it) "Porter"
