Dojos (for lack of a better term)

My idea for a dojo (as there are several already floating around) is that of a building for the outpost.

In this building you can assign a Squadmate as the Dojo Master. Then you can assign your other Squadmates to train under said Master. You can select if they learn Defensive of Offensive Techniques or Certain Weapon Skills(like Sabre or Katana Proficiency) from him/her. BUT they can only be trained up to the level of the Master(Obvious, right?)
Also maybe different kinds of Dojo. Archery(Gunnery?),Swordsman... and that would be it, huh?

This could also be applied to Science or Engineering. A School building or something.

And maybe you don't just train your own people. Maybe one could offer certain training courses to NPCs. You know, uplift the population a bit. Teach peasants to defend themselves.
Considering that your town may at some point house NPCs.

Just my 2 cents. I wonder what you guys think.

You could have added this to one of those dojo posts if you found instead of a new one, but i do like that, "specialization" per dojo, or at least per teacher.

Didn´t saw something from schools but i like too, wel, it´s pretty much non both parts of the post, Characters teaching others, would like see that, high lvled characters from a point teaching others.

Didn't add it to other Dojo post because those want Dojos as sort of npc "clans" to join and learn under and fight for. Which would actually be like classic Dojos i guess.

And yeah, Everytime i start with the Contruction/Outpost setup the "Old Soldier" I have just stands there while my rookies flail away at dummies.

I thought to balance this "teaching" method, maybe learning slows down the closer a student gets to the level of the teacher?

I believe there was both type of dojos posted, to build, as you posted, and from npcs.
