Drag'n drop the permanent orders

This is a simple request and all really but a priority but it would still be nice to be able to change the permanenent orders, order by allowing us to drag'n drop them in a different order.

I could use it right now but for an unusual reason.
When i began playing the game with my actual troopers i gave all of them a permanenent medic order.
So this order is the first on the list since i have imported my save in so many new game and the permanenet medic order is not always working properly for some of my soldiers i should first cancel the old one to rebuild a new one but since i have several permanent crafting orders if i am doing this my medic order will be the last in the list and so my soldiers wourld craft and not heal the injured soldiers.
and yes i am lazy and i prefer to ask the devs to work more than me to work a litle.

Allow capability to re-order Permanent Jobs.
