Trade guilds as factions OR How to make money harder to get

One of my few grievances with this game is the lack of the companies that make weapons. We all know that "Capan scrap masters" is from capan, but for some reason, they are no where to be seen in the town. None of the weapon factories exist in kenshi. None.

I would like to see a huge building outside of capan, filled with forges, and one that always pays top cat for iron ore and steel bars. Not only would this give incentive for new players to travel the desert looking for good deals on iron and steel, but it would also help with the immersion as well. This gives MORE incentives to build bases and to find iron.

Furthermore, if i sell a high grade weapon in the town, SOMEBODY should be angry. After all, edge V weapons are expensive, and if some hot shot comes into the market and starts underselling the big sword companies, then the big sword companies need to send gangsters or their own troops in to shut the operation down.

to me, this would add a great dynamic of lawless realism to the game, as well as balance out the economy.
