as I got a big army of high trained soldiers i wanted to conquer a city... They ran thru the gates killed every Soldier Citzen and other. looked at the diplomacy, table thougt the hate me like hell but... -8 for chopping their men down... So why cant i declare War and make peace and other agreements? It would be cool if there would be a extra panel under the description to declare war or make a alliance!

you most likely will have to wait until after the new world map is added.
