Borderless window/windowed fullscreen

I like my games to cover the whole screen but I also want to be able to quickly tab out without the game disappearing (disappearing as in not visible on screen until tabbed in again). I searched the forum and was surprised that this hasn't been suggested.

i run window mode, and maximise the window. The bar along the top doesn't bother me.

I didn't know that was possible. It's fine playing like this but if it's not too hard to implement I would still prefer borderless window.

In the latest blog with the new launcher, it seems the options are still only between full screen and windowed. So some major thread necromancy is at work so as to not post about something that's already been suggested/requested.

Like the post above says, if it's not too complicated would it be possible to include a borderless window mode? I know it's possible with third-party programs, but it always works better if it's built in.
