Basic first aid

It's a basic first aid principle to stop the bleeding first.
It would be nice if the medics had a better priority when doing first aid.
Focus on active bleeding first, even if that is in a limb, then most damaged body part with preference to the head, Chest, and stomach. Leave non-bleeding the limbs for last.

That way fewer would die from bleeding out of their leg while the new medic is working on bandaging the minor scratches on other parts of the body.

And more important, if you only have a few seconds to apply bandages before attackers are on you stop the bleeding so that your companions don't bleed out while you are finishing off the attackers.
