EXP/Progess Bar for stats

When a stat is in the 80s-90s it literally takes days of gameplay to level it up. I have this guy with 95 athletics which I think it hasn't changed for weeks and he has been running around non-stop at weightless whenever I play. It would be really handy to see how close I am to 96 or just to see how far away I am from a level up for any stat. Just add a bar to the skill description whenever I hover over one of the stats in the character screen.

Bump. When I play for a day, I literally just try to to increase a single skill by a single point.
