Hacker/Heavy Weapon speed based on strength

What I said as a big flaw for heavy weapons right now is that they're really slow and they leave the character open for attacks making them a lot worse than sabers and katanas which attack quickly and is capable of promptly defending right after. Just like how dexterity increases speed for sabers and katanas, heavy weapons and hackers should also get faster as your strength goes up. It doesn't really make sense when the animations make it look like your character is struggling to swing a 50kg frag axe when said character has a strength of 80 and needs 100kg of inventory to even feel anything.

once trained in heavy weapons they can one shot holy nation soldiers in full gear.
You pay for that by the weapon being slower and way heavier and leaving yourself open for attacks.
Its only during the training part where its a pain to deal with.
As for the animations.. its about right, swinging a sword or club that heavy is never a easy thing to do. even more so while in combat.
50kg Frag axe equals 110.231 pounds.
