Whose job is it?

Probably been asked for already, but I would like to see a popup when you hover over a workbench (or any job) telling you who is assigned to it. Likewise, when you look at a character, it should tell you which one, in the case of multiple similar stations. As is, it's hard to know why something isn't being done, and we should be able to avoid duplicating assignments.
