Secure/locked/safe food storage

I usually don't lose my mind over such a simple thing, but my idiots eating my ration packs started to grow on me. With two you can buy a house!!! Ten is a cross sword...

Seriously, they unlock doors (and left it open behind... they can't/wont open doors in normal circumstances, right?), make anything to eat this thing. Every single one of my 20 men squad have one half pack in his bag. The only way to secure storage this food is inside a bag inside a container (and I guess its a bug because the inventory is erased if you import the game) or inside someones inventory without equip the bag.

A secure storage is a must... or at least make them use the Food Storage first (I try put so many of them, but they always find the damn packs) - then, if all of them is empty, they go search in general storage (better not).
