The Doll Race as Kenshi Canon

Hi Guys,

First off, congrats on getting Kenshi where it is. since I bought the game back in 2012 I believe, I have to say that it has come a long way from what it was when I bought it.

WIth that said, one mod that I have in my load order at the very least comes to mind with regards to adding new locations, races and story that respects Kenshi canon and truly feels like it should belong in the game as official. that mod is the Doll Race by squamous.

What they have done isn't just make a reskin of an existing race with new stats, but they have managed to create a race within Kenshi that actually feels like it belongs there. my thinking is that the race that was responsible for the obvious apocalypse in Kenshi likely created something more like them to assist with the day to day tasks of those people. and the doll's history as told by them seems to fill that niche. skeletons did the heavy lifting and the combat-related duties, but dolls purpose was more as a domestic servant. thus their weaker stature and appearance of that of regular humans.

i recommend the mod to anyone who plays Kenshi and say let the player base come to whatever conclusion they would like. but should you guys decide to reach out to squamous in that regard, i feel like they would be a great addition to Kenshi.
