h1 guys, have a question -
- Kenshi is hardcore RPG game, and I'm (like a many guys) hardcore player - so after 200hr I understend what this game need = Ironman mod
coz "save\load" forgives mistakes and breaks the whole atmosphere of survival
and since it is very difficult to die in the game, and the Ironman mode will give everything at all
ty for this great role-playing game

there had been plans for it but was not added when the game released.
we have no information if they plan to still add it, but due to engine limitations i would hazard to guess that it was dropped and will not be added.
but this is not an official statement as they haven't said anything official about it being added or not.

You can change a LOT of the things in this game, so you could make yourself a mod that makes the game much, much harder in general. As for quick save/loading. Just don't. Sure, you wont get special achievements, but is that what ironman modes are about anyway?

You can play the game as though it's on ironman mode, but I would hesitate to suggest a hard-coded version should be added. The reason is simple -- Kenshi sometimes bugs out and sometimes crashes.
I have lost enjoyable games this way, which is where I finally started making accommodations to my rule of not reloading dead characters when it's the result of a bug or crash. I would not be able to do this if the ironman conditions are hardcoded.
For the player it's really easy. Just don't reload your game to change its course. Only save your game when you're ending a play-session. If you don't have the discipline to do this, then you're not really hardcore anyhow.
