Better Map

Hey guys,

I know there are much mods out there that do this but I think it would be cool if its implemented.

I like that the map is without any informations. As long I don't "found" something, I should not see it on the map.

But it would be nice that when I enter a new region, this region will get named and framed on the map. When I meet someone of the faction of this area, than I will get this info, too. Maybe with a popup while hovering over that area? Something like that.

Markers would be helpful for orientation, too.
