Something I desire for Kenshi 2

New Kenshi playthrough and need some help.
Made a custom start play-through of Kenshi and I realized I want to play the game with a conscious. I always get to end game and my only way of playing is enacting barbaric judgement on all the factions because of their evil.
HN I kill for being HN. UC I kill for slaving and having no ethics. Sheck are like klingons from star trek but still passable.
Is there any way of playing the game through the end without going genocide on 2 or 3 major factions and their brainwashed soldiers? Like just kill Tengu, or the Holy Phoenix and their companions without wiping out thousands of regular NPCs? I just want to walk in the sun through blister hill without being wiped because I am sheck and have prosthetics. Or hang in the desert without slavers trying to steal me away into a life of servitude and misery. It just seems there are not enough end game options that allow for role playing as a decent person.
I need more fullfilling end game options that are cool. Like be bad, good, or fair, or just, or etc.
