Camp Beds in the wild can't be disassembled into Sleeping Bags. Please change?

Currently when you come across a sleeping bag in the wild (I believe they are called a Camp Bed), you can sleep on them but disassembling them is impossible (probably because you do not own them).

This is rather strange, since its not exactly a difficult task to simply roll up and pick up a sleeping bag. I would like to see this changed so that you could take them with you, possibly considered stealing of course if anyone else actually owns them.

The same could be done for other buildings that are relatively easy to take apart like the 3 tent items. And perhaps it may be a good idea to keep this sort of thing in mind for future items that are relatively easy to pick up or dissemble. For example those torches or electric torches seem rather easy to pick up, perhaps turning those into deploy-able items could be a good idea.
